Differences between two and two

🙌兩(liǎng）and 二(èr）both means number TWO in English. This is how you use them....

兩(liǎng）

✊兩小時 liǎng xiǎoshí  (two hours)

👉兩小時-後-見 (Let's meet two hours later)

liǎng xiǎoshí -hòu- jiàn

two hours-later-meet

✊兩下子  liǎng xià zǐ  (two down son/ A slang.  A man who has the ability to do something)

👉你-真有-兩下子 (You do have got something to show)

nǐ -zhēnyǒu- liǎngxiàzzī

you-really have-two down son


✊三三兩兩 sānsān-liǎngliǎng (three three two two/ groups of people in pairs and in threes,meaning not too crowded)
👉人群-三三兩兩-離開了(People left in pairs and in threes)
rénqún-sānsānliǎngliǎng-líkāilē
People threethreetwotwo-left.

二（èr）
✊第二個 dìèrgè (the second one. When use the serial number, the format is  dì___gè )
👉你是-第二個
nǐshì-dìèrgè 
You are the second one.


✊十二 shíèr (ten-two/ twelve)

twelve-measure word-people
